Owner / Head Coach

Ryan Walker

Ryan Walker is a seasoned football coach and former player with over a decade of experience in coaching. With stops at the Division I and II levels and volunteering in the NFL, he brings a wealth of knowledge of the game and position to his athletes. Walker has experience training athletes at various levels, including his tenure at DeBartolo Sports QB Academy, where he mentored numerous Division I quarterbacks along with some NFL quarterbacks. Most notable being first-round pick Mac Jones of Alabama and national champion. His coaching career began at the high school level, and he eventually became an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at several schools. Walker played both quarterback and tight end at Jacksonville University and Florida International and had a brief professional career with the Jacksonville Sharks in the AFL. He holds a degree in exercise science from Jacksonville University and a master's degree in sports administration from Grambling State University. Walker and his wife, Theresa, have three children and currently reside in Jacksonville, Florida.

Quarterback Coach

Matt Considine

Matt Considine brings extensive experience of quarterback play and training to Walker Sports. Having been trained and coached by Coach Walker, Coach Considine is well refined with quarterback technique and X's and O's. Most recently (2024) Coach Considine was coaching running backs at ECSU (D2) and helped lead the Vikings to averaging over 4 yards per carry and increased their rushing touchdowns by four times the previous season. Prior to coaching, Coach Considine played at Toledo, Saginaw Valley, Holy Cross, and Wake Forest. At Saginaw Valley State, Coach Considine played in five games for the Cardinals, completing 77 of 158 passes for 986 yards and five touchdowns. He threw for a season-high 270 yards and two touchdowns at Ferris State prior to getting injured for the year. At Holy Cross, Considine brought a conference championship home by finishing up as the starter and dominating in the NCAA playoff game at Monmouth, connecting on 20 of 37 passes for 196 yards and three touchdowns, and rushed three times for 21 yards and another score. In high school, Considine finished 17–2 as a starter, led St. Joseph Academy to its first undefeated season and the North Florida football championship, and was named to the 2016 NFFC all-conference and all-Southern Division teams. He was included on the Florida Times-Union 2017 top-ten list of scholar athletes and received honorable mention for the Florida Athletic Coaches Association District Six all-district team.

Jim McLeod

Jim McLeod is a passionate football coach, trainer, and mentor dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the field. With extensive experience coaching quarterbacks, skill players, and overall team development, he is known for bringing energy, discipline, and real accountability to every session. Coach McLeod has worked at multiple high schools, including Middleburg High School and Nease High School, where he has made a lasting impact on athletes and programs. Throughout his journey, he has been under the guidance of Coach Walker for over 10 years, continuously developing his approach to the game and leadership. His coaching philosophy focuses on building confident, fundamentally sound athletes who understand that true success comes from hard work, consistency, and mastering the little things. Coach McLeod blends skill development, leadership, and mindset training to prepare players not just for competition, but for life.

Quarterback Coach

Tannor Watson

Tannor Watson brings a unique experience of quarterback play and training to Walker Sports. Having been trained and coached by Coach Walker, Coach Watson is well refined with quarterback technique and X's and O's. Most recently, Coach Watson was coaching quarterbacks for a short time at Walker Sports Academy. He also made a guest appearance as an offensive analyst under Coach Walker at Bartram Trail High School. Prior to coaching, Coach Watson played football at Florida International University (D1) and Edinboro University (D2). He later received his 4-year degree from FIU. Coach Watson attended high school at Atlantic Coast, where he played as the starting varsity quarterback his junior and senior year. During his freshman and sophomore years, he played starting quarterback for the JV team. During Coach Watson's senior year, he played under offensive coordinator Coach Walker, where he was able to make great strides, absorbing as much information on the position that Coach Walker has to offer.
